You may be tired of it, but is it new or interesting to your audience?
I recently joined a couple of groups that required me to introduce myself. I’ve done this a bajillion times and covered all the usual things. But this time I was surprised by what got people’s attention. What stood out to them that made me interesting. Which got me thinking…
While I wanted to talk about the book I am writing and course I am creating, they wanted to hear about the rockstars I have worked with in the past.
Like you, I am focused on what I’m doing now, what I want to do next, and less about what I have already done. Most of what is already done are buried in my blog, my portfolio, my bio/intro if I deemed it worthy.
