The Power of Podcasting… It Isn’t
What You Think

power of podcasting

Apparently, podcasting has been around since 2004 (who knew?!).

It’s safe to say that over the last 10 years it’s become a major player when it comes to content and media.

It’s also one of the most enjoyable types of content to create. Getting to talk about something you love as well as having conversations with people in your industry while growing your brand? Priceless.

If you’ve been thinking about starting a podcast but think it’s saturated or you’re too late, think again. The world needs your voice and vision.

The easiest way to succeed with a podcast is to stick with it. Podcasting is definitely the long game but it’s one medium that pays off in multiple ways.

Happy Creating,
Jodi & Kim

I Used Instagram Captions to Earn $10k a Month as a Writer

I had never thought of how powerful Instagram captions could be until reading this article. Instagram is known for its images and they’re extremely important, but the captions can play a huge role in the success of your account and growth.

Case Study: Easy & Profitable Launch

Launching can be a little overwhelming… or maybe a lot overwhelming. In this podcast with Rick Mulready, he interviews one of his students who use a different launch method for a successful and stressfree launch.

Creativity loves company! Tools that we use and love.

I’m excited to start testing this out for my personal brand and if all goes well, we’ll roll it out here as well. It’s a referral tool for growing your newsletter.

Later is a great tool for planning, scheduling, and sharing your Instagram content. It also has a powerful hashtag suggestion tool built-in for better optimization.

The hustle culture is something that tends to be glorified in the online marketing space. Even if you’re not in that market, it’s hard to ignore the constant noise to always be “doing more.” By now you know that we’re about deliberate creation (in other words, create better, not more).

I also think that business should be fun.

Which is why I’ve created the #FtheHustle newsletter on my KimDoyal brand.

Jodi and I will be sharing insights from our own brands in addition to the content we create for Content Creators Planner, which is where this newsletter comes in (stay tuned for something from Jodi next week!). We have different business models for our individual brands and thought it would be helpful to share that journey as well.
